By accessing or using UseKYN (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use UseKYN.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify UseKYN immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
UseKYN provides personal finance tools, including budgeting, debt tracking, goal setting, and AI-powered insights and chat functionality. Features may be changed, added, or removed at any time without notice.
UseKYN is not a financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary.
All information, insights, calculations, and AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information provided through the App.
UseKYN includes AI-powered chat and automated analysis features (“AI Features”).
You acknowledge and agree that:
UseKYN makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of your data. UseKYN uses your data only to provide and improve the Service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
UseKYN may integrate with third-party services, including financial data providers and APIs. UseKYN does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, reliability, or security of third-party services. Service interruptions or inaccuracies caused by third parties may occur.
You agree not to use UseKYN:
Certain features of UseKYN may require payment now or in the future. Pricing, billing terms, renewals, cancellations, and refunds will be disclosed at the time of purchase and governed by applicable app store policies.
You may delete your account at any time. UseKYN reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. UseKYN does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UseKYN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or financial opportunities.
UseKYN’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero dollars if no fees were paid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions and collective proceedings are waived.
UseKYN may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
